We do not collect financial details, private communications, or sensitive evidence.

To issue certificates and badges of completion.

To provide anonymised reports to your employer (if part of a company license).

3. Data Security
We apply security measures aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 principles, including:

Secure servers and cloud hosting with limited access.
4. Data Retention

Training data and certificates are retained for 12 months from completion date.

After this period, all personal data is securely deleted.

Organisations may request earlier deletion or extension of retention.

EU users also have GDPR rights, including restriction of processing and portability.

Claryfy content is provided for educational purposes only.
