3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information required to deliver the agreed services.

Signing mandatory forms, including the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Beneficial Ownership (BO) forms, as required by the Financial Intelligence Act (FIA).

Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be outlined in the engagement letter or package agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Any actions taken by the Client based on the advice provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The total liability of the Service Provider is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to arbitration under Namibian law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Namibia.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
